Rotary 15th Annual Christmas by the Falls Moves to the Scotiabank Convention Centre
Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada - November 21, 2012 – The Rotary Club of Niagara Falls Sunrise is proud to present the 15th Annual Christmas by the Falls – a holiday shopping experience. This re-vamped Christmas shopping show will take place on Saturday, December 1st from 10 am to 6 pm and on Sunday, December 2nd from 10 am to 5pm.
Within the last 14 years this event, formerly known as Art By the Falls, was hosted in various locations throughout Niagara Falls. Past locations include: the NPC Fallsview parking lot, Club Italia and Optimist Park on Morrison Street. This is year Christmas by the Falls will be located at the Scotiabank Convention Centre at 6815 Stanely Ave. With the change of location this year, The Rotary Club of Niagara Falls Sunrise is excited to present a much bigger event for your holiday shopping experience.
This year’s event boasts over 90 different vendors, including demonstrations by Niagara College Culinary Institute, floral demonstrations from Sunstrums Town and Country Florists, Mennonite cookies (Saturday only) and local photographer Bouldini & Vandersluys taking photos with Santa Claus and his workshop.
Admission to the event is five dollars per person (children under 10 are free) and free parking is offered in the Scotiabank Convention Centre for attendees.

The Rotary Club of Niagara Falls Sunrise is a member club of Rotary International. Locally, the Sunrise club supports community and charitable groups including the Greater Niagara General Hospital Foundation, Literacy Niagara, Women’s Place, the School Breakfast Program and many others, with funds raised by events such as Christmas by the Falls. All money raised at this event goes back into our community and to International efforts such as End Polio Now. The money is raised during Christmas by the Falls in a number of ways: vendors pay to participate, sponsorship from community minded companies, admission, raffle and 50/50 draws as well as products sold as a vendor by the Sunrise Rotary Club.
