NIAGARA FALLS, ON - The Victoria Centre BIA Clifton Hill District, in partnership with Red Bull Canada, is proud to present the Clifton Hill District Red Bull Crashed Ice Block Party - a FREE outdoor concert on Friday, November 30th from 7pm to 12am. This licensed event will feature Canadian rock band, Arkells and special guests such as Young Rival, Teenage Kicks and The Roxwells - right in the heart of the Clifton Hill District on Victoria Ave between Magdalen St. and Clifton Hill.
“Our city is buzzing with excitement for the Red Bull Crashed Ice event and we can’t think of a better way to kick off the festivities in our city than with a free concert for the entire community to enjoy together.” says Eric Marcon, Chairman, Victoria Centre BIA. “It’s the perfect combination of fun and rock and roll, for both residents and visitors, to discover the Clifton Hill District and all the amazing things our district has to offer.”
There will be a designated area for the concert stretching along Victoria St. from Clifton Hill to Magdalen St., offering a licensed area for all concert attendees to enjoy refreshments while partying with the winner of the 2012 Juno Award for Group of the Year, Arkells. Timed perfectly to kick off once the final athletes and challengers of this years Red Bull Crashed Ice Championships are determined, this legendary evening will feature three other talented, local Canadian bands; Young Rival from Hamilton, ON, Teenage Kicks from Burlington, ON, and The Roxwells, Niagara Falls’ own power trio; the Clifton Hill District Red Bull Crashed Ice Block Party should not be missed.
